Our sacred space is equipped with top-of-the-line  amenities to create a luxurious and comfortable experience. We have private treatment rooms, a welcoming hot yoga & meditation studio space, and exceptional organic products to invigorate and heal within.

Hot Stone Massage

Warmth of the hot stones assists in decreasing tension, deep muscle relaxation, improved circulation & stress release.

Herbal Poultice Therapy

Herbal poultice blend with therapeutic herbs wrapped in cotton fabric and steam heated allowing the body to absorb the healing remedy that provided pain relief and assisted lymphatic drainage. 

Anti-Aging Facial Massage

Can help reduce wrinkles, assist in skin tightening and face lifting benefits by stimulating collagen production. 

Ayurveda Abhyanga Massage

Abhyanga, derived from Sanskrit, translates to ‘massaging the body’s limbs’ or ‘radiant body. It entails a revitalizing warm herbal oil massage, rooted in Ayurvedic tradition. Abhyanga is believed to restore equilibrium, enhance blood and lymphatic circulation, facilitate detoxification, and alleviate stress.

According to three Dosha types, we honor the individual’s constitution, body type, or innate energetic makeup in the session. Tailored to the client based on their Prakriti (natural state) 

Lymphatic Drainage

Assists in reducing fluid retention, helps break down cellulite and fat cells, and detoxifies the body. 

Sound Bath/Manifestation Meditation

Meditation offered utilizing high and low frequencies to reduce anxiety, enhance stress reduction, and provide an overall sense of calm and ease.

This non-invasive treatment uses three powerful speakers to send vibrations deep into your body.
